This is a simple daily sales report for sales and telesales teams.

This sheet looks simple but is very effective in measuring the key parameters of telesales teams. We have used this with many of our clients and found it to be highly effective because of its simplicity. GreatWorks wanted to bring this to the benefit of the business community.

How to Use This – Step by Step

Step 1: Download the sheet and save a local copy.

Step 2: Change the dates corresponding to the date and month you are using.

Step 3: Delete all the dummy data filled in the sheet. This is shown only as an example.

Step 4: Change any parameters according to your organizational needs.

Tips

A piece of advice β€” don’t add too many metrics and confuse the tele-callers. Best practice is to track 5 to 7 metrics that are most critical to their job and directly contribute to results.

A tele-caller should spend a maximum of 5 minutes filling out the report.

The target versus achievement metrics will be calculated automatically.

Step 5: Tele-callers should fill in the metrics for the particular date in the rows and share a screenshot.
